How do I return an item?

Are Returns Accepted at Chixx?

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction, though we realize this may not always be the circumstance.

Because hair accessories are personal items, you may only return unused/unopened items in their original packaging within three (3) calendar days of your delivery date.

What are Chixx Return Policies?


• Must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage in any way

• Return date must be within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date (after 3 days no returns are permitted)

• Must not be a special order or a custom order

• Customers with returns will be responsible for shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.


What Do I Include With My Return?


A copy of original sales receipt and a reason for the return must be included with your return. If either of these is not included, we will not be able to process your return, so please be sure to include all information requested.

Items will not be refunded if they are shipped back to us outside the three (3) calendar day delivery date and you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to you.


Does Chixx Accept Exchanges?

If an item needs to be exchanged, please return the original items under the same terms as the refund policy and kindly place a new order.
